PsychApply provides educational and informational content about psychology to help you learn and revise. The content is aimed at students and curious learners. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the support of a qualified teacher or clinician.
Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read or used in PsychApply. If you think you may have a medical or mental-health emergency, contact the emergency services.
PsychApply includes optional wellbeing features (for example breathing exercises, mandala colouring, ASMR/soundscapes and positive-psychology tools). These are relaxation and study-support aids, not clinical treatments. If you feel unwell, distressed, or that a tool is making you feel worse, stop using it and seek appropriate support.
Some content (for example case studies, avatar scenarios and exam-board psychopathology topics) discusses mental-health conditions, diagnoses and treatments for learning purposes. Descriptions are simplified for study and may not reflect a full clinical picture. They do not diagnose you or anyone else, and they are not a recommendation to self-diagnose or to seek any particular treatment.
PsychApply Global includes a wide range of psychology topics, some of which explore unusual, controversial or sensitive areas (for example paranormal psychology, criminal minds, cult psychology and neuromarketing). This content is presented for educational interest and curiosity. It is not an endorsement of any claim, belief, product or practice, and some topics are included precisely to encourage critical, evidence-based thinking.
AI Tutor, Homework Checker, Help Centre and model answers are produced by AI models. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Treat it as a study aid and starting point, not as a correct answer. Always check against your mark schemes, textbooks and teacher, and use your own judgement.
PsychApply is here to help you learn and revise. Using AI-generated answers, model answers or essay feedback to misrepresent work as your own in assessed coursework, exams or other assessed situations may breach your school or exam board’s rules. You are responsible for how you use the output and for the integrity of any work you submit elsewhere.
PsychApply may link to or embed external resources (for example exam-board materials, videos or downloads). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or safety of third-party content, or the practices of third-party sites.
